ESTABLISHMENT

Rejuvenation Room has a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a  50% fee of that service. If you are a no-show for an appointment you will be subject to a 100% fee of  that service. If you cancel appointments regularly, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of those services and may have your ability to book appointments in the future revoked. This is becoming an issue and does not allow me to book other clients that need services.
